We walk the unit or space, scope every repair and refresh, and hand back keys ready to lease or occupy. The six services nested under this program — carpet, air duct, tile and grout, resurfacing, trash-out, and maid services — represent the most common work inside any commercial turn. We bundle whatever you need into one scope, one invoice, one project lead. Volume pricing for operators running 5+ turns/month; standardized checklists per property; per-unit photo documentation.

- Walk-through scoping with detailed punch list
- Full paint refresh (walls, ceilings, trim)
- Drywall and trim repair
- Deep clean (kitchen, bath, floors, appliances)
- Carpet cleaning or replacement coordination
