Measure twice. Cut once. Stand behind the work.
Commercial-only general contracting and facility services across the Dallas–Fort Worth metro. Built for the way commercial properties actually run.

A contractor built for commercial.
Measure Twice Pros was built on a frustration anyone in commercial property management knows: the gap between residential contractors and big national facility services firms. The first group doesn't understand commercial paperwork or operations. The second group is slow, expensive, and treats every job like a ticket in a queue. There wasn't a contractor in the middle — small enough to actually answer the phone, large enough to handle a portfolio, and built specifically for commercial. So we built one.
The name comes from the carpenter's rule: measure twice, cut once. Plan it right and the work holds up. That's the entire operating philosophy. We walk every job before we quote it. We document scope before we start. We photograph the work before we leave. The discipline isn't dramatic, but it's why our clients keep adding properties to the relationship instead of shopping the next job around.

Three things every client should be able to count on.
Show up when we said we would
Site walks within the week. Quotes when promised. Crews on-site at the scheduled time. The boring part of professionalism.
Quote what it'll actually cost
No mystery line items. No surprise change orders driven by sloppy initial scoping. If something genuinely changes, we explain why.
Stand behind the work
Punch lists closed. Photo documentation per job. If something needs a touch-up later, we come back. That's the part most contractors stop doing once they cash the check.
How we operate.
Precision
Measure twice. Scope properly. Document the work. The discipline that makes the difference between "looked good at closeout" and "still holding up two years later."
Accountability
One project lead per property. One number to call. If something goes wrong, you don't get routed through a call center.
Operational fluency
We know how a commercial property actually runs — tenant communication, leasing timelines, capital planning cycles, insurance documentation. We don't have to be taught.
Honest pricing
Quotes that line-item every meaningful piece of the scope. No mysterious general conditions line that's actually 18 percent of the total.
