Do you provide a COI before starting work?

Yes. We maintain a standard commercial COI with general liability and workers' comp. We add your property as additional insured before any crew arrives.

What's the difference between a single project and an MSA?

Accepted Answer

Single projects are quoted job-by-job. An MSA is a master agreement covering all services across your property or portfolio at a pre-negotiated pricing schedule, with NET 30 invoicing and a dedicated account contact.

Do you handle insurance claims?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For water, fire, and mold work especially, we document everything from the first call onward in the format adjusters expect. Most carriers are familiar with our paperwork.
